Yes. VoraMail is a business email platform that requires you to own and configure your own domain (e.g., yourcompany.com). We'll guide you through the DNS setup process.
You're billed monthly for the number of inboxes in your organization. The first inbox is $6.99/month, and each additional inbox is $5.99/month. Add-ons like Email Open Tracking are billed separately per organization. You can add or remove inboxes at any time, and we'll prorate the charges.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards via Stripe. We do not currently support PayPal or wire transfers.
Yes! All new accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. If you decide VoraMail isn't for you, simply don't add a payment method and your account will be canceled automatically.
Your emails remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. We recommend exporting your data using IMAP or JMAP before canceling. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers.
