Custom domain email

Professional email at your own domain

Use you@yourcompany.com instead of a free address. Our setup wizard shows every DNS record to add and checks them for you, with DKIM signing set up automatically.

How it works

Custom domain email in three steps

  1. 1

    Add your domain

Enter the domain you own. VoraMail generates your records, including a unique ownership token and a DKIM key.

  2. 2

    Copy the DNS records

Add the TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records at your DNS provider. We have step-by-step guides for popular registrars.

  3. 3

    Verify and create inboxes

Click Verify. Once ownership and MX are confirmed, create your first inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy a domain first?

Yes. VoraMail works with a domain you own at any registrar, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap or Cloudflare.

Will this affect my website?

No. Email uses MX and TXT records, which don’t change where your website is hosted.

How long does verification take?

Often minutes, sometimes up to a few hours, depending on your DNS provider. You can click Verify again at any time.

Can someone else add my domain?

No. A domain can belong to only one account and is only verified when your unique ownership TXT record is present.
