How is the heat score calculated?
Each open contributes up to 12 points, halving every three days as it ages, plus 8 points for every distinct email the contact opened. The total is capped at 100.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Hot leads works from your tracked emails. You can still copy contacts into any CRM you use.
