Frequently asked questions
How does VoraMail know someone replied?
It checks the email thread for a message from someone other than you that arrived after your original email. If one exists, the follow-up is cancelled.
Can I cancel a scheduled follow-up?
Yes. Open the sent thread and click Cancel next to the pending follow-up in the side panel.
Does the follow-up appear as a new email?
No. It is sent as a reply (“Re: …”) in the same thread, with the correct reply headers.
