These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VoraMail (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
VoraMail provides email hosting on domains you own, accessed through our web application, together with optional paid add-ons such as open tracking and Hot leads, follow-up autopilot, AI replies and summaries, pay-now links, shared team inboxes and domain health monitoring. Send later and undo send are included free.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by teammates you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a contract.
- You may only add domains you own or are authorized to use. Domains are verified with a unique DNS record, and a domain can belong to only one account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use VoraMail to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages to purchased or scraped lists;
- send phishing, fraudulent, deceptive or illegal content, or malware;
- harass, threaten or defame anyone, or infringe others’ rights;
- use open tracking in breach of laws that apply to you or your recipients;
- interfere with the Service, other users, or our infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
VoraMail is designed for one-to-one business email, not bulk or marketing campaigns. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, harm our sending reputation, or put other users at risk.
Fees and billing
- The first inbox costs $6.99 per month and each additional inbox $5.99 per month.
- Add-ons are billed monthly per account at the prices shown on our pricing page; team seats are billed per invited teammate.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
- Prices are in USD and may exclude applicable taxes. We will give you notice before changing prices for existing subscriptions.
Cancellation
You can cancel add-ons at any time in Settings → Billing, and delete your account in Settings → Account. Cancelled subscriptions don’t renew. Unless required by law, we don’t provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Pay-now links
Payments made through pay-now links are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. You are responsible for the goods or services you charge for, and for refunds and disputes with your customers.
AI features
AI-generated drafts and summaries may be inaccurate. Review them before relying on or sending them. You are responsible for the emails you send.
Your content
You own your email and data. You give us the limited rights needed to store, process and transmit it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep VoraMail available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect you. Live status is shown on our status page.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
