Why does domain verification fail?
Usually DNS hasn’t published yet, or a record has a typo. Check the ownership TXT host is exactly _voramail-verify and MX points to mail.voramail.bulletplushosting.com, wait a few minutes, and click Verify DNS again.
How do I reset my password?
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. We’ll email you a reset link.
How do I cancel an add-on?
Go to Settings → Billing and cancel the add-on. You can turn it back on any time.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account and choose Delete account. This removes your inboxes and data. See the account deletion page for details.
